The hotel was newly decorated and everything was good. All the staff was exceptionally nice and amiable, resolved my issues. I had a big size and cheap room with the bathtub and a king size bed. The location is convenient, being adjacent to Philadelphia and close to Brooklawn, New Jersey.

Had to go to store & buy stuff 2 clean bathroom. Toilet old, marked up, scratchy...used toilet paper to cover it everytime I used it. Dark room. No main light. Desk but no chair. Late night activity right outside door. Hallways dirty. Restaurant CLOSED. Place had lots of potential if some effort were involved. Had to leave tv on (according to maintenance) unless I wanted to have to call front desk again to ask someone to come fix my tv again. AWFUL!

Conveniently located; good atentive staff; clean and comfortable rooms and breakfast area; access to interne and business centre.

Could do well in cleaning/sprucing up the common areas such as corridors and staircase. Repair the gym equipment, maintain them in working order.

Great location for the festival I was attending, super helpful staff! 🌟

not much good to say for a cheap motel

Cleaning was non-existent: hairs in bathtub, soap rings in bathtub, no facial tissues, toilet paper rolls were both low, dirty floor, inside door lock did not work properly...isn't that enough?

nothing really, sorry.Also the way you can't cancel the booking through Booked.net if the hotel is dire IS a PROBLEM! I mean why should a awful hotel like this be allowed to take your money? If it's not fit for an animal why do you have to pay?

The staff were disengaged the room was filthy, smelly, very sub standard I couldn't stay, it was too much..

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they helped us with everything we needed. The location was convenient for exploring Brooklawn, close to other amenities like Motel 6 and a shopping plaza. The room we requested was brand-new and met all our requirements, including a bathtub and an ashtray.

Had to call front desk in mid of nite for irate screaming man next door..was really expecting gunshots thru the wall..

The room didn't look disgusting but you can tell the don't clean their sheets. Smells like someone's else's head instead of detergent..? Also while my stay there where people two rooms down where I was staying and they said "there's blood on the sheets of the mattress" that's when right then and there it was confirmed. Also the bathroom seemed clean except for the tub and curtain . I would rate that motel 2.5 tops. Would not go there ever again.

We liked our big and cheap rooms in ill condition. The staff were exceptionally nice. The location is particularly good and unbeatable - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

Friendly staff, spacious and budget-friendly rooms with a few maintenance issues, including a large comfy bed 🛏️. Great central location within walking distance to all attractions.

I was pretty upset during this stay. I have stayed in smoking rooms before and they were pretty decent, so I figured this would be the same. We checked in, went to the room and immediately came down because the odor was so overbearing. We politely asked if any non smoking were available (which there were and were the same price) the man at the front deck (Roy) was incredibly rude to us and had a very nasty attitude. So Roy insisted we must call the site through which we booked to change anything..we did this and your customer service contacted him for us to switch the room. She made it seems as though it was no problem and they would be able to take care of it on their end. The hotel still would not accommodate us due to that we already "checked in." Mind you it was literally probably 2 minutes later that we asked if we could switch, the rooms were all the same price, and the place was desolate with about 5 guests in a small town. The man was very rude and for the price, it was not worth the stay. Oh but they provided us with a bottle of fabreeze..hahah
